Serial Xtractor™
The fixed mount
Live in betaA station at the bench that is always on and always in the same place. The operator presents the device and keeps both hands free.
- Per device
- Under 1 second
- Network
- Not required
- Position
- Fixed at the bench
For a bench that runs all day
Where intake is a fixed position rather than a walk-around job, a handheld is the wrong shape. A mounted head sits at a known distance in known light, and the operator works with both hands instead of holding a device.
- Fixed distance and fixed lighting, so conditions stop being a variable.
- Both hands free for handling assets.
- Nothing to pick up, put down, charge or lose.
Offline by design
The station does not need a network to do its job, and on most floors it does not have one. The ledger is exported by the operator, deliberately, at the end of a run.
Same workflow, same record
Every deployment runs the same workflow and produces the same record. A certificate line backed by a fixed-mount scan carries the same evidence as one backed by the app.
The same model, whichever deployment you run
The deployment decides where the record gets made. What reads the label is the same model in every one of them, and this is how it performs.
Ask about a station
Stations are priced per bench. Tell us how many positions you run and what the intake line looks like, and we will come back with a number.
Other deployments
